Affiliate Terms

By joining the Joygroup Affiliate Program, you agree to the following:

Eligibility – You must provide accurate information to register. Approval is at our discretion.

Promotion – Only promote our products using approved links and marketing materials. Misleading or unlawful promotion is not allowed.

Commissions – You earn a commission  of 5% on sales made through your affiliate links. Only completed, non-refunded orders qualify.

Payment – Payments are made monthly via[ PayPal or Interac] if the minimum payout of $50.00CDN is reached.

Termination – We can terminate your participation at any time if these rules are violated. You may also leave the program at any time.

Intellectual Property – You may use our logos and materials only for promoting our store.

Changes – We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation means you accept the changes.

Governing Law – These terms are governed by the laws of [Ontario, Canada].
